Arbok is recorded in the Pokedex as the 24th Pokemon in the original list. Reversing the letters of it's name and you'll get it's character basis, "kobra." It evolves from the 23rd Pokemon, Ekans, which name is reversed as "snake." Arbok is usually seen in the original Pokemon series as one of Team Rocket's (Jessie & James) party along with Koffing (>> Weezing) and Meowth.
